About

Prior to launching IOUintegrity.com, Stephen worked in politics at the federal and municipal levels of government. Stephen served as Deputy District Director for Congressman Steve Chabot (OH-1) where he managed community outreach operations and developed strategic alliances with community, corporate, and civic leaders and organizations in Cincinnati, Ohio. He also provided oversight and guidance with constituent relations and concentrated in the areas of HHS, HUD, IRS, and DOT.
Before working at the Congressional level, Stephen served as Chief of Staff for Cincinnati City Councilman Sam Malone. He managed Mr. Malone's winning City Council campaign, oversaw community projects, and was responsible for researching and drafting legislation, media relations, and overseeing strategic Initiatives.
Stephen negotiated appearances for Councilman Malone on CSPAN’s The Washington Journal, Bill Bennett’s Morning in America, and The Armstrong Williams Show. He was also instrumental in coordinating Cincinnati’s first-ever 2nd Chance Summit, which featured a public policy panel that included agency administrators, human resources executives, and elected officials at the local, state, and federal levels from throughout the region.
Stephen earned his B.A. from Cedarville University (Psychology and Behavioral Science) and an M.A. from the University of South Florida (Philosophy with a concentration in Ethics). Stephen is a proud Veteran of the United States Navy and where he served as an F-14 Plane Captain and Troubleshooter. Currently, he resides in the Washington, DC region.
